Thank you for supporting my small business! Every item in my store is carefully handmade, and I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products.

Because each piece is made by hand, I have a slightly different return policy than large retailers. Please read the details below before making a purchase.

Returns

I do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are final in terms of monetary reimbursement.

Exchanges & Store Credit

I am happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Once I receive and inspect the item, I will issue either, An exchange for another item of equal value or Store credit to be used at a later time whichever you would prefer. 

 

• DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ON MADE TO ORDER ITEMS 

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

We aim to process exchanges and store credit within 5 days from the date it arrives back at our UAE warehouse.
